Take the Plunge and Abseil for Tenovus
Feeling brave? Why don’t you take part ia Tenovus Abseil Challenge?
The abseils are open to everyone and no experience is needed. All they are asking is for people to raise a minimum of £100 per person. You could even register with some friends and do it together as a team!

Tenovus Dragon Boat Racing Spectacular!
On Sunday 2nd March 2008 Tenovus are bringing the 4,000 year old sport of dragon boat racing to Atlanti Wharf, Cardiff Bay.
To take part in this spectacular event all you need to do to take part is get together a crew of 10-16 paddlers and 1 drummer who sits at the front of the boat and beats out the rhythm of the strokes.
Heats take place throughout the day with every crew furiously racing for a position in the Grand Final and the chance to win the coveted Dragon Trophy. Additionally, a special trophy will be presented to the crew who raises the most sponsorship.

3 Peaks Challenge 2008
Each year Tenovus challenges groups of fit, adventurous walkers to climb the UK’s three highest peaks in just 24 hours!
Peak 1 - Snowdon (3560ft)
The challenge starts at 9am on Saturday 7th June at Snowdon in North Wales.
Peak 2 - Scafell Pike (3205ft)
The second stage of the challenge is Scafell Pike in the Lake District. Teams must be down before dark on Saturday evening. They then drive through the night to be at Ben Nevis in the Scottish Highlands by dawn.
Peak 3 - Ben Nevis (4406ft)
You will have successfully completed the 3 Peaks 24 hour Challenge when you reach the summit of Ben Nevis by 9.00am on Sunday 8th June.
This demanding yet invigorating challenge is an excellent team building exercise for friends, family, colleagues and associates.
