Workshops for Students

We offer a range of workshops, throughout the academic year, on a range of common difficulties experienced by students.

These workshops are run by our counsellors, and most of them, such as ‘Should I leave or should I stay? Evaluating relationships’ and ‘Sleepless in Cardiff’ require very little "audience participation", focusing on giving you useful information, ideas and strategies on how to better cope with that particular difficulty. Others, like the Mindfulness sessions, are more participatory as you actually experience the relaxation exercises in the workshop.

Please click on the each workshop title to read more about it and the dates when it’s running.

We are always interested in new ideas for workshops, so please feel free to tell us your ideas, if you feel there is a topic that it would be useful for us to add to our list.

To book a place on a workshop please complete our online Workshop Application Form. You will need to complete a form for each workshop you wish to attend. Once you've submitted the application form, you will receive an acknowledgement and notification of your place on the course you have requested.
