Engineering IT Helpdesk
IT support in ENGIN is provided via the online ENGIN IT Helpdesk. This tool enables users to submit help requests and to track the progress of their queries. It also allows the IT team to monitor the number and type of requests submitted, which facilitates efficient management of the support service.
Requests which relate to University-level IT services should be referred directly to the University's Information Services (INSRV). The INSRV helpdesk can either be contacted via telephone or by sending an email.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) summarises the services provided by the ENGIN IT team and the level of support which can be expected on both software and hardware issues.
