Inspections

Random quality inspections are carried out by the Cleaning Section daily. The Inspections are conducted either with the departmental contact, contract manager or individually. Findings are discussed with the contractor and/or departmental contact.

Hotline

This is the official system for logging cleaning complaints such as cleaning tasks that are not performed, or complaints regarding dust mats, ladies hygiene services, window cleaning, waste disposal, recycling and faulty roller towel machines. You should also use the Hotline to call out Pest Control and to request rechargeable or special cleaning works. Should you wish to use the Hotline then please dial ext 74477.
