Cleaning Services

The Estates Division Cleaning Section is responsible for the management the cleaning, recycling, pest control and non-hazardous waste disposal requirements for the Academic buildings of the University, and to provide a standard of service equal to the reasonable expectations of the academic community within allocated resources.

The Section's responsibility is to manage the following areas:

• Controls and Monitoring
• Special and Rechargeable Work
• Window Cleaning
• Waste Disposal and Recycling
• Disposal of Fridges and Freezers
• Pest Control
• Ladies Hygiene
• Dust Mats
• Roller Towels / Hand Dryers

All cleaning personnel have distinctive clothing to identify the company contracted to undertake the clean.
