Thank you for visiting the alumni web-pages for all former students of Cardiff University and the former University of Wales College of Medicine.

I hope that you will find them interesting, informative and useful. These pages are primarily for alumni - so if you have any suggestions then please don't hesitate to contact us with your feedback.

Activities across the world for alumni continue to grow each year, as do the number of alumni in regular contact with us. Email plays a very important part in this, so don't forget to let us know if you change your email address, your job or move house. All you need to do is update your details on this website or e-mail us at alumni@cardiff.ac.uk.

Finally, bookmark these pages - they are for you after all - and they will develop in the way that you, our alumni, want them to.

With my very best wishes,

Sarah Price.

About The Alumni Office

The Alumni Office was set up in 1997 as part of Cardiff University's External Relations Division and very quickly established itself as an important part of the University's vision for the future. The new University is keen to include all of its stakeholders in its future success and development - this includes the many thousands of alumni who have passed through its doors as well as current staff, students and supporters.

On August 1st 2004, Cardiff University and the University of Wales College of Medicine merged to create the new dynamic and internationally competitive Cardiff University. The Cardiff University Alumni Programme therefore now incorporates all former students of the former University of Wales College of Medicine and Cardiff University. We hope to maintain and make contact with as many of you as possible.

The aim of the Alumni Programme is to foster close two-way communication between the University and its former students. Through the Alumni Office former students are kept up to date with the current activities of the University and are encouraged to become more involved. The Alumni Office also exists to enable alumni to keep in touch with each other through regular events, reunions and publications.
