Core Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for the technical office
  • Co-ordination & monitoring of equipment booking system
  • Co-ordination of provision of audio visual & computer resources
  • Responsibility for administration of staff and student computer accounts
  • Assist Technical staff with the setting up of computer and relevant peripherals
  • Co-ordination of off air recording of programmes
  • To copy and generate audio and video tapes as required
  • To deal with general queries from students
  • To deal with staff general computing needs
