Important Notice

A few of the skills modules have interactive elements / questions to aid understanding.

There are some video clips and there is no sound to the clips.  This is to ensure privacy for those accessing the site in the workplace.

The site will be further developed within the next year.

There are help buttons on the information and skills module pages for additional instructions.  If there are any problems, contact:-

Log in Procedure:

1. Click on the web address https://www.cfstress.org.uk

2. Click 'Enter'

3. Information and skills modules do not require a log on.  Simply click on the information or skills tab and access the area of interest.

Please note all information is confidential and treated as any other medical record.

 4. To access the questionnaires, click on the questionnaire tab.

i. On your first access, you have to create a new account, on returning in future visits simply complete the username and password fields.

ii  Click on 'New Account', highlighted in dark blue, on your first visit.

iii.  Complete all the fields with your information.

iv.  It is advised to generate a new username and password and not use the username and password for your log in into the university network/system.

v.  Click 'Register'.

vi.  If your password is considered too simple, you will be asked to generate another.

vii.  There is no log out procedure.  Simply close the browser or visit another website.

viii.  Once you have logged on, you will receive an automated email from the system manager confirming your registration.

Important
Please keep your username and password confidential.  Do not allow friends or colleagues to access the site or complete any questionnaires using your username and password.  Remember to close your browser when you have finished using the site.
