Running Club: A free outdoor club aimed at beginners looking to build and progress your running over an 8-10 week period.
Salsa Dance: The class is aimed at meeting new people through dance, whilst learning a range of salsa steps and sequences that will be fun and enjoyable. No partner required.
Step: A choreographed class using the step with combinations which offer different levels of intensity. Great fun, challenging and a really effective workout.
20/20/20: 20 minutes aerobics, 20 minutes step and 20 minutes of body conditioning.
Yogalates: Combination of yoga and pilates. This class is aimed at enhancing core strength, promoting flexibility and co-ordination.
