Personal Tutors' Handbook 2009/10

The hard copy version of the Personal Tutors Handbook (2009-10) is distributed to all Heads of Schools, School Managers and staff identified by their School as Senior Personal Tutor.

The purpose of the Handbook is to provide a brief overview of the support and advice available to students across the University and beyond. It also includes the policy statements that help underpin the University’s student support mechanisms at institution and School level.

Consistent with the Directorate’s practice of making more student support information available online an information card that directs Personal Tutors to web based material will be produced prior to the start of the 2009-10 academic session. Sufficient numbers will be produced for Schools to distribute to all Tutors.
